2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of the order placement.

  • Step 1: Send an email to support@aenoymotors.com with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number]”.

  • Step 2: If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Step 3: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once the process is complete.

Note: If your request is sent after the 12-hour window, the order may have already been handed over to our shipping carrier. In this case, please follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.


3. CHANGING YOUR ORDER (SIZE, COLOR, OR ADDRESS)

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address or change the size/color of your footwear:

  • Within 12 Hours: We can modify your order details at no extra cost. Please email us immediately at support@aenoymotors.com.

  • After 12 Hours: We cannot guarantee any changes as the package may already be in transit.

    • Address Changes: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.

    • Product Changes: If we cannot stop the shipment, you will need to initiate an exchange through our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.


4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

Once a cancellation is confirmed:

  • The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • It typically takes 3 – 8 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.


5. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Aenoymotors reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the item is out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately, and you will be notified via email.

  • We cannot “Redirect” a package once it has left our facility. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
