What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and secure payment gateways like PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website? Absolutely. Aenoymotors uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your data. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been processed and shipped. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping on all orders, regardless of the number of items purchased.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days.

  • Transit Time: 5 – 12 business days.

  • Total estimated delivery time is between 6 – 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to the United States and several other international locations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your country’s laws.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also track your package directly on our “Order Tracking” page.


3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your shoes, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Are there any return fees? No. At Aenoymotors, returns are $0 (Free). We provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees.

How long does it take to get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 8 business days. It may take a few additional days for your bank to post the credit to your account.


4. SIZING & PRODUCT INFO

How do I know what size to order? We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe to ensure the perfect fit.

Are your shoes true to size? Most of our footwear is true to size. However, if a specific model runs small or large, we will mention it in the product description.
